This is one of the best relocation experiences. Everything you need for life is here. Prices are as affordable as they can be. The community is huge and friendly. Movie nights, Mafia on Thursdays, board games on Sundays, lots of IT meetups and many other daily activities. It reminds me of student years. I have very warm memories. I will definitely come back 🙏🤗

I have been living in New Zeon for over a year and can’t imagine myself anywhere else. There is a unique atmosphere here that inspires creativity and growth. It was here that I developed my next-generation IT project and met my love, whom I later married. Pets are allowed — very important for us. + air conditioning in every room.

This place became a realization for our family — for me, my wife, and our son.
Only here I started conducting breathing practices and meditations for residents of the hub. Before that I practiced only for myself. My son attends kindergarten on the территории and goes to judo within walking distance. The NZ management helped me present my project and supports its development. Great facilities, very cool events: tennis, boxing, barbecue, cinema. Everything is here.

For our family, life in Baku and Azerbaijan began with New Zeon. We didn’t even realize how lucky we were — because it has everything for a smooth and comfortable start in a new life. Our second daughter was born there — we joke that she is the first Baku-born in our family. Zeon became an incredibly important part of our lives during turbulent times.
