Как проходит урок

Загружаете договор и задаёте контекст

Даём готовый договор аренды с «подводными камнями» — открываете его как есть.

Загружаете скан, фото или файл и коротко указываете контекст: тип договора, страна и юрисдикция, ваша роль в сделке и что особенно беспокоит. Перед анализом проверяете, что текст распознан корректно, и при необходимости скрываете персональные данные. Дальше AI помогает разобрать документ, включая сноски и мелкий шрифт, и объясняет каждый сложный пункт простым языком.

Чем — и для какой задачи что удобнее: Claude хорошо подходит для тонкого разбора формулировок и последствий; NotebookLM строго держится текста вашего документа и показывает, откуда взят вывод.
